The story behind Besty’s creation is quite inspiring. Anastasie, our founder, faced immense pressure as the eldest of six children, leading her to experience depression in 2022.In 2024 her world was shattered when her grandfather, who was more like a father for her passed away. He had raised her for 19 years, He had been battling severe medical conditions; Lungs Failure, Cancer, and countless other health issues.A week before she moved to Canada (2022) his health took a turn for the worse. His death plunged her into a deep depression, she was overwhelmed by grief, guilt and regret.In the midst of this darkness, She tried multiple wellness apps, yet none provided the comprehensive solution she needed. This personal struggle and resilience sparked the idea for Besty—a one-stop platform that caters to the unique challenges of young adults. Imagine juggling multiple apps and feeling more stressed than relieved; that was Anastasie’s turning point. She envisioned a holistic approach, encompassing mental, emotional, and physical wellness, which none of the existing apps could offer.

Our mental health resources include yoga sessions, meditation classes, and access to qualified specialists.
